The Deputy King highlights the vital role Bahraini citizens play in the Kingdom’s comprehensive development

Manama, May 13 (BNA): The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, this evening visited the Majlis of HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Majlis of the sons of the late Rashid Abdulrahman Al Zayani, the Majlis of the Al Kooheji family, and the Majlis of the sons of the late Abduljabbar Al Kooheji. The Deputy King highlighted the vital role Bahraini citizens play in the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by HM King Hamad. The Deputy King added that investing in initiatives that aim to further strengthen the skillset of Bahraini citizens remains a strategic goal that the Kingdom is firmly committed to. The Deputy King noted that with the grace of Allah, the collaborative efforts of Bahrain’s citizens, and the continuous support extended by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom was able to overcome financial challenges. The Deputy King also noted the importance of further enhancing the role of the private sector as the main driver of economic growth. In this regard, the Deputy King added that strengthening the Kingdom’s economic competitiveness within various sectors is vital to attracting new investments and further expanding the national economy. The Deputy King underlined the active role of the Kingdom’s youth in advancing Bahrain’s development across all levels. The Deputy King concluded by expressing his pride in meeting the Kingdom’s youth during his Ramadhan majlis visits, and highlighted their efforts in upholding traditional values. For their part, the Majlis hosts and guests expressed their gratitude for The Deputy King’s visit, and highlighted the Deputy King’s role in advancing Bahrain’s comprehensive development. His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa accompanied the Deputy King during the Majlis visits.
