Kyrgyz and Indian FMs discuss enhancing cooperation

Bishkek, May 22, 2019. / Kabar /. A meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aidarbekov and Sushma Svaraj of India took place in Bishkek within the framework of the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the SCO member states.
Aidarbekov congratulated the interlocutor with the successful completion of a large-scale multi-stage election campaign in the Parliament of India, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The heads of the foreign affairs agencies of the two countries discussed in detail the upcoming official visit of the Prime Minister of India to the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as his participation in the SCO Summit. At the same time, they focused on the work carried out by the parties in preparing agreements and memorandums for signing, as well as in holding events dedicated to the visit of the Prime Minister of India to Kyrgyzstan.
The sides expressed hope for the further deepening of friendship and cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and India for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries.
