Security measures strengthened against kidnapers of Dutch couple



SANA'A, April, 01(Saba)- Security forces in Sana'a Governorate have
been strengthened against kidnappers of the Dutch expert Jan
Hugendron and his wife Helena Juhana.

The couple was kidnapped yesterday Tuesday by outlaw persons in
Dhebr Khira area in Bani Dhabian district, Sana'a governorate while
in their way to the Capital Sana'a.

Local source affirmed to the state-run website 26 september.net that
the security forces are "encircling Bani Wafi area, Wadi Thena in
Bani Dhabian, the whereabouts of the kidnapped couple."

The source affirmed that the kidnappers are four. They are, Ali
Thula, Ali Siraj, Ali al-Rammaz and Ahmad Siraj.

Earlier, an authorized source at the Interior Ministry said outlaws
in Bani Dhabian District, Khawlan have kidnapped the Dutch expert
and his wife who work in one project of the Ministry of Water and
Environment while returning from their work at Taiz-Sana'a Road.

He made it clear that the security forces have encircled the area
where the whereabouts of the kidnapped couple. He noted that the
epxert and his wife are in good health and there is connection with
them via the local authority in the governorate.
