HM the King congratulated by Speaker

Manama, Aug.29 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Fawziya congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa on the occasion of Bahrain and the ‘Revitalization of Muharraq’ project receiving the 2019 Aga Khan Award for Architecture. The Speaker hailed Bahrain’s deep-rooted history, prosperous present and bright future, adding that the Kingdom is looking forward to further landmark achievements, under the reform project led by HM the King. She commended the efforts exerted by the Government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, to support the sector of culture and heritage. She also paid tribute to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and First Deputy Prime Minister for his support. The Council of Representatives Speaker extended a cable of congratulations to Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) President Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa.
