Bahrain condemns Afghanistan terrorist attack

Manama, Sep. 5 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain has condemned the “terrorist bombing that targeted a checkpoint close to embassies and government buildings in the city of Kabul, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, killing and injuring dozens of people.” “It affirms the Kingdom of Bahrain's solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and vows support for its efforts to combat violence and terrorism,” the Foreign Ministry also said in a statement. “Whilst the ministry expresses its deepest condolences to the families and relatives of the victims and its wishes of rapid recovery of the terrorist act survivors, it stresses its firm position against all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism,” the Foreign Ministry added.
