HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa receives Ministers of Finance

Manama, Sept. 5 (BNA): The Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, today welcomed the Minister of State for Financial Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, HE Obaid bin Humaid Al Tayer, and the Minister of Finance of the State of Kuwait, Dr. Nayef bin Falah Al Hajraf, at Bahrain International Airport. The Ministers arrived in Bahrain this evening to attend a periodic follow-up meeting on the results of implementing the initiatives related to the Kingdom’s Fiscal Balance Program, launched on October 2018. The Program aims to achieve a balance between the Kingdom’s government expenditure and revenue by the year 2022.
