State concerns to enhance stability in Saada, says al-Lawzi



SANA'A, April 07 (Saba)-The state and local authority of Saada
concern to settle peace, stability and security in the governorate,
the cabinet's spokesperson and minister of information Hassan
al-lawzi said on Tuesday.

In the weekly conference of the cabinet's spokesmen, al-Lawzi
confirmed to reporters that the development process is ongoing in
the province of Saada and it is direct responsibility of the local
authority, pointing out to efforts of the leadership of the province
and Saada reconstruction fund to go ahead with plan of rebuilding
the affected regions due to rebellion.

Regarding destroyed acts by outlaw elements in the province, the
minister said that security forces are facing these elements,
indicating to the efforts of the government to achieve peace and
stability as well as rebuild the governorate in accordance with the
plan carried by the local authority headed by the governor and under
the sponsorship of higher committee headed by the prime minister Ali
Mujawar.

He said that the committee would be held a meeting on Wednesday to
evaluate the plan and achievements took place of previous period.

The minister said that news e-websites exaggerated current
developments in Saada.

Asked about the security measures in Abyan province, al-Lawzi
confirmed success of the measures taken in the city of Ja'ar -Abyan
province, saying that the forces would continue efforts to arrest
all wanted elements in criminal cases to bring them to justice.

About the case of kidnapping the Dutch expert and his wife in Bani
Dhabin, the spokesperson said that efforts of setting the couple
free are ongoing to sure safe release. He confirmed rejection of the
government for conditions of the kidnappers, saying that the
kidnappers should release the hostages safely.

We are confident that the condition of the hostages is fine, but we
consider their kidnapping is criminal act, he said, God willing,
they will be released soon.

The minister said that the coming meeting of the cabinet would
discuss tasks of the cabinet's spokesperson.
