UK information team to set up entire file on Yemen
SANA'A, April 07 (Saba) - Minister of Information Hasan al-Lawzi met
here on Tuesday with the British Intercom Information team currently
visiting Yemen to set up a complete file about the country.
The British team's file will focus on the developments in the
economy, investment, tourism and information sectors as well as the
underway process of economic and administrative reforms in Yemen.
During the meeting, al-Lawzi valued the British information team's
efforts aiming at contributing to introducing the large investment
opportunities and privileges available in Yemen.
Al-Lawzi showed the UK team the last developments in fields of
information, freedom of expression and journalism, as well as the
future goals and projects of the ministry.
He pointed out that the team should pay field visits and hold
several meetings to convey an accurate and correct image on Yemen,
affirming the ministry's keenness on facilitating the team's mission
to obtain the desired success for their task.
