HRH Premier congratulates Turkmen President

Manama, Sept. 26 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, sent a cable of congratulations to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow of Turkmenistan, on his country's Independence Day.
