HH Amir of Kuwait receives the Minister of Foreign Affairs in USA

Washington, Sept. 29(BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa has conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and those of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister to His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. He also conveyed the leadership’s congratulations on the success of HH the Amir’s medical checkup, asking Almighty God to grant him continued good health and bless the brotherly people of Kuwait with further prosperity and progress. This came as His Highness Amir of the State of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa at his residence in the United States. Also present were His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates and Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, HH the Amir entrusted the minister with conveying his greetings and best wishes to His Majesty the King, HRH the Prime Minister and HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, wishing them good health and Bahrain further progress. The Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed Bahrain's deep appreciation of the noble humanitarian role played by His Highness the Amir at the regional and international levels and his laudable tireless efforts to promote Arab interests. He also expressed the pride of the Kingdom of Bahrain in its solid relations with the brotherly State of Kuwait, which are both united by kinship, shared history and common destiny.
