HRH Premier congratulates Ugandan president

Manama, Oct. 8 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister sent a cable of congratulations to Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on his country's independence anniversary.
