HM King receives Czech Foreign Minister

Manama, Oct. 31 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Sakhir Palace today Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Tomáš Petříček. He praised relations of friendship and cooperation between both countries and their perpetual growth in various fields. HM the King welcomed the Czech minister who conveyed to him the greetings of President Miloš Zeman and his best wishes of further progress and prosperity to Bahrain and its people. HM the King asked the Czech Foreign Minister to convey his greetings to President Miloš Zeman and his best wishes of more development and prosperity to the Czech people. He lauded growing bilateral relations, stressing the kingdom’s keenness to further enhance them for the best interest of both countries and peoples. He also pointed out religious freedom characterizing the Bahraini community. HM the King discussed with the Czech Foreign Minister regional and international issues of common interest. The Czech Foreign Minister expressed heartfelt thanks and respect to HM the King for the gracious welcome and hospitality, praising Bahrain’s keenness to boost communication and inter-faith and cultural dialogue. He also voiced his country’s keenness to further bolster bilateral cooperation to serve common interests.
