HRH Premier congratulates Sultanate of Oman

Manama, Nov. 17 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister sent a cable of congratulations to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, the Sultan of Oman, on the Sultanate's National Day. HRH the Premier sent a similar congratulatory cable to His Highness Sayyid Fahad bin Mahmoud Al Said the Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs, on this national occasion. (I.Y.)
