Bahrain-Kuwait ties hailed

Manama, Nov. 17 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa affirmed Bahrain's deep-rooted strong ties with Kuwait as a model to be emulated by countries.
These relations have been strengthened by the combination of common denominators between the two brotherly countries and peoples and mutually-shared desire between His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Kuwait Amir His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah to develop them in various fields, he said.
This came on Sunday as Deputy Premier Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received the recently-appointed Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain Shaikh Thamer Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah.
Shaikh Khalid welcomed Shaikh Thamer Al Sabah wishing him a nice stay at home in Bahrain and success in bolstering the excellent longstanding ties fostered by the two leaderships to further cooperation and coordination in the interest of both brotherly peoples by building on what has already been achieved.
The Deputy Premier hailed Kuwait, its leader†s wisdom and philanthropic and developmental contributions that assumed international status and attracted the focal view of the world.
The ambassador expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Deputy Premier for the welcoming reception and his keenness on boosting the cooperation ties to meet the aspirations of both countries leaderships and their people.
