HM King receives former Bosnian President

Manama, Nov. 18 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Sakhir Place today former President of Bosnia and Herzegovina Haris Silajdžić and his accompanying delegation. He welcomed him and his wife, lauding strong bilateral relations and common keenness to boost cooperation in various fields. HM the King lauded the role of the former President Haris Silajdžić in strengthening ties binding both countries, wishing the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina more growth and prosperity. He expressed appreciation of Bahrain’s glorious history as a pioneering international model in tolerance and coexistence. The former Bosnian President expressed thanks and respect to HM the King for the gracious welcome and hospitality and keenness to promote relations between the two friendly countries. He lauded the civilisational and development march spearheaded by HM the King as well as the climate of tolerance and coexistence in Bahrain. He praised the kingdom’s glorious history, wishing Bahrain more growth and prosperity.
