Oman affirms supporting Yemen development efforts

SANA'A, April 11 (Saba) - Omani Minister Responsible for Foreign
Affairs Yusuf bin Alawi affirmed on Saturday his country's support
for the Yemeni government efforts in the economic and social
development.

He also voiced during his meeting with Prime Minister Ali Mujawar
Oman's readiness to present technical support for many sectors of
common concerns.

The meeting discussed brotherly relations between the two peoples
and means of enhancing them in the political, economic and marine
fields.

They also confirmed the importance of strengthening the joint work
to serve the brotherly relations and common interests for the two
peoples.

For his part, Mujawar described the Yemeni-Omani brotherly relations
as historical and distinctive, hailing the incessant contact between
the two countries at official and public levels.
