Kyrgyzstan successfully implements Export Development Program

Kyrgyzstan is implementing the Action Plan for the implementation of the government program for the development of exports of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2019-2022, Deputy Minister of Economy Eldar Alisherov told during the press conference at Kabar News Agency. Deputy Economy Minister Alisherov said the program is focused on taking measures to increase exports. “The program implementation plan contains 151 measures, 63 of which are planned for 2019. As part of this plan, work is underway to raise awareness among exporters about export procedures and other countries. 35 technical regulations of the Customs Union/EAEU have been translated into the state language and posted on the website of the Ministry of Economy. The information portal export.gov.kg contains 15 analytical materials defining the requirements for imported products in the field of safety and quality in the target export countries,” Alisherov said. He noted Kyrgyzstan in the period of January-September 2019 engaged in trade and economic relations with 85 countries of the world trade community on exports.
