BDF Chief receives Singaporean Senior State Minister

Manama, Nov. 23 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received at the Ritz Carlton Hotel today Singaporean Senior Minister of State for Defence and Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohamad Maliki bin Osman and his accompanying delegation on the occasion of his visit to Bahrain to participate in the 15th edition of the IISS Manama Dialogue. The meeting was attended by Defence Minister Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi and Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi. The BDF Commander-in-Chief welcomed the Singaporean Senior Minister of State, lauding friendly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Singapore. They discussed ways of boosting bilateral relations and issues of common interest. Present at the meeting were General Command Court Director Major General Hassan Mohammed Sa’ad, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering Rear Admiral Yusef Ahmed Malallah, Military Cooperation Director Rear Admiral Mohammed Hashim Al Sadah and BDF senior officers.
