HH Shaikh Nasser praises role of International Institute for Strategic Studies

Manama, Nov. 24 (BNA): HM the King’s Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has commended the efforts being exerted by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). While receiving here today the Director-General and Chief Executive of the IISS, John Chipman, HH Shaikh highlighted IISS’ success in attracting prominent personalities, praising the key role it is playing, especially in the issues currently faced by the region. John Chipman expressed appreciation to HH Shaikh Nasser for the meeting and for praising IISS’ role. He stressed Bahrain’s role in preserving security and stability in the Middle East and promoting the security culture through hosting conference that attract the greatest number of experts in this field.
