Ceremony of official meeting of Kyrgyz, Kazakh Presidents kicks off

Bishkek, Nov.27, 2019. /Kabar/. State visit of Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Kyrgyzstan has begun in Bishkek. Kyrgyz leader Sooronbay Jeenbekov met the quest of honor at the Ak-Keme marble tent of the Ala-Archa state residence. Then anthem of the two countries was played. Jeenbekov and Tokayev bypassed the Guard of Honor Company and introduced the members of official delegations. A solemn march of the Guard of Honor Company in front of the two heads of state also took place. The meeting between the Kyrgyz, Kazakh Presidents will take place in a narrow and extended formats. During the state visit of the Kazakh leader, the sides will exchange views on promising issues, sign a number of bilateral documents, which are aimed at expanding the multifaceted Kyrgyz-Kazakh cooperation . In particular, documents on border, transport, migration, health care and other areas are expected to be signed. Besides, the Fifth Interstate Kyrgyz-Kazakh Council will be held. This is the first Council in five years, which will result in the signing of a number of documents. Today, Nov. 27 Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Kyrgyzstan for state visit. He will take part in the regular session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on Thursday, Nov. 28, in Bishkek.
