President Jeenbekov’s official visit to UAE-photo report

Bishkek, Dec.13, 2019. /Kabar/. On Dec. 11-12, 2019 Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov has paid official visit to the UAE at the invitation of Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The official visit of the Kyrgyz President began with the laying of a wreath at the Fallen Soldiers Memorial in Abu Dhabi. Jeenbekov held a bilateral meeting with Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The sides discussed prospects of bilateral cooperation in trade and economic, cultural-humanitarian spheres. As a result of the talks, a number of bilateral agreements on cooperation in the spheres of culture, tourism, education, agriculture and social protection of citizens were signed. Within the framework of the visit, Sooronbay Jeenbekov also met with UAE Vice President, Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Dubai Majid Saif Al Ghurair, representatives of the UAE business community, Director General of the Zayed Foundation Hamad Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri. The official visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Emirates ended with a meeting with compatriots residing in the UAE. President Jeenbekov has arrived in Bishkek early in the morning today, Dec. 13.
