INDONESIA IN MINIATURE PARK TO HOLD CULTURAL FESTIVAL
Jakarta, April 14 (ANTARA) - The Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park (TMII) will hold an Indonesian Cultural Festival from April 18 to 26, 2009, to celebrate the park's 34th anniversary this year.
The festival would present the country's culture from the pre-historic era until present, Jeremias PT Lahama, a TMII spokesman, said here on Tuesday.
The festival will be highlighted with among other things traditional dance performances, a cultural seminar, a cultural carnival, a traditional wedding expo, a regional handicraft expo, a culinary contest, and a flora and fauna expo.
