Aden University, Saudi info technology union talk on cooperation

ADEN, April 15 (Saba) - Deputy Rector of Aden University for
Academic Affairs Saeed Jabali and President of Roshd and Rowad Union
for Information Technology Ahmed al-Hamdan talked here on Wednesday
over cooperation in the modern technology program field.

The meeting also dealt with ways of promoting the partnership
between the teaching staff in the university and the union through
exchanging experiences and enhancing the university's techno
infrastructure.

The meeting also reviewed possibility of providing the university
with the up to date administrative and cultural systems to the
University.

Jabali highlighted the educational and technical developments Aden
University has witnessed recently, noting that the university seeks
for linking its colleges via an information network to be linked
later with the Yemeni universities.

For his part, al-Hamdan affirmed that the union has sought in
coordination with the Saudi Higher Education Ministry to create a
partnership with the Yemeni universities in information technology
and electronic education fields as well as laying suitable teaching
plans in accordance with the universities' ambitions.
