Kyrgyzstan's Tsarev earns bronze at Asian Championship in India

Bishkek, Feb.20, 2020./Kabar/. Athlet from Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Tsarev won a bronze medal in the Greco-Roman category in the Asian Wrestling Championships in India. The tournament is taking place these days in New Delhi, India. Tsarev competed in the weight category up to 72 kg. He had three fights, two of them victorious. In the first bout, the Kyrgyzstan's representative defeated Korea's Jihong Kim , in the fight for the final lost to Iranian Amin Yawar Kavyaninegad. In the decisive match, Tsarev won Yang Kai Chen from Chinese Taipei The Asian Wrestling Championships is held at the KD Jadhav Hall of Indira Gandhi Stadium in New Delhi from 18-23 February, Firstsport reported.
