Coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan. Emergency mode declared in Suzak region

Bishkek, Mar.18, 2020. /Kabar/. By order of Head of Suzak region administration, Director of Civil Protection Ermekbai Omoshev, an emergency situation regime is being introduced in Suzak region of Dzhalal-Abad Oblast.
According to the order, the following measures and temporary restrictions are introduced for the duration of the emergency situation:
1) strengthening the protection of public order, protection of especially important state and strategic objects, as well as objects that provide vital functions of the population and the functioning of transport;
2) suspension of activities of objects with mass congestion;
3) restriction on entry to the territory of Suzak region, as well as on exit from the territory of the region by all means of transport, except for members of the regional headquarters.
Note that in the morning of Mar.18 the first case of coronavirus has been reported in Kyrgyzstan.
Three people have been tested positive after returning from Saudi Arabia. All three Kyrgyz citizens are in Suzak region of Dzhalal-Abad Oblast.
