China’s Guangzhou sends humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Apr. 24, 2020 / Kabar /. Guangzhou city of China, the twin city of Bishkek has sent a humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan, prepared by the People’s Government of Guangzhou, the Guangdong Construction and Decoration Materials Association and a number of construction and decoration materials manufacturers of Guangdong Province, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported. The aid, which includes personal protective equipment for medical workers, masks, thermometers, is sent to Bishkek and Osh to combat the epidemic of coronavirus infection. The cargo is accompanied by the slogans “Distance is not an obstacle to be closer, and together we will overcome difficulties”, “We will fight together!” The keynote of the sending ceremony was the confirmation of the need to jointly combat the epidemic, mutual assistance and support in difficult times for the whole world. The Guangdong Association of Building and Decoration Materials Manufacturers made an invaluable contribution to the organization, fundraising and the purchase of medical supplies. The cargo sending ceremony was attended by Consul General Orusbaev, Chairman of the Association Lan Fun, leaders and representatives of the Association and manufacturers of construction and decoration materials. Earlier, similar assistance was provided to the twin city of Osh by the People's Government of Foshan city.
