Jeenbekov to take part in international forum on financing for development in era of coronavirus

Bishkek, May 28, 2020 / Kabar /. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov today, May 28, in a video conference at the invitation of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Jamaica Andrew Holness and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres will participate in the international forum “High-Level Event on Financing for Development in the era of coronavirus and after it", the press service of the president said. The event will be held in the form of a videoconference with the participation of heads of foreign states, international organizations, financial institutions and the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres. The forum is organized by the governments of Canada and Jamaica - as the founders of the Friends Group of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
