The battle over allegations of cheating and the conduct of the April 9 legislative elections heated up on Tuesday when the Indonesian Democratic party of Struggle or PDI-P warned that a bloc of parties aligned against President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono could effectively boycott the presidential elections in July by refusing to nominate a candidate unless the government resolved the fiasco over final voter lists.
