Smuggling of Yemen`s antiques continues

SANA'A, April 24 (Saba) - Security apparatuses at Hodaidha Seaport
have seized archeological pieces inside a container en route to
France, Media Center at Interior Ministry has reported.

The arrested archeological pieces inside the container are five
stamps and a statue of a man's sculpture belonging to various
periods of Yemen civilization history.

They were found in possession of a French man working in an oil
company in Yemen.

The furniture shipment has drawn the attention of the security
apparatuses at the seaport which led them to search and find the
archeological pieces that was en route to France.
