Yemen, Jordan discuss industrial areas cooperation

HODEIDAH, April 27 (Saba)- Hodeidah governor Ahmed al-Jabali and
Advisor of the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade Abeer
al-Hajj talked here on Monday over the bilateral cooperation in
industrial areas field.

The meeting dealt with means of availing from the Jordanian
experience in the field of constructing the industrial areas and its
systems and laws.

In the meeting, the governor reviewed invest opportunities in the
industrial area in the governorate, noting the importance of joint
cooperation in this field.

For her part, the Jordanian official affirmed that the visit comes
within the industrial cooperation between the two brotherly
countries and to put the understanding memo's executive program into
effect.

She said that the delegation, which includes representatives from
the Jordanian concerned authorities, seeks for increasing the
bilateral cooperation and transferring the Jordanian experience in
the industrial areas field to Yemen, as well as exchanging the joint
investments.

The Jordanian delegation got acquainted with some projects in which
the work already started in the governorate among them the iron and
sugar factories.
