AZERI CHESS PLAYER DRAWS WITH RUSSIAN RIVAL

Dubai, 4 May (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani chess player Gadir Huseynov has been held to a draw by Russian Pavel Maletin in the 8th round of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Cup. Huseynov ranks third with 6 points.
Huseynov will face Russian Dmitry Bocharov in the last round of the tournament.
The Swiss system tournament brings together 138 chess players.
