Baku, 4 May (AzerTAc). President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva participated today in the opening ceremony of Psycho-Neurological Children`s Home after reconstruction in Narimanov district.
The Head of State and First Lady cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Children`s Home and familiarized themselves with it.
On behalf of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Ms. Mehriban Aliyeva donated a bus to the Children`s Home.
