US PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA OFFERS CONDOLENCES TO AZERBAIJAN PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV

President of the United States of America Barack Obama has offered condolences to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev over a human loss as a result of a gunman attack to the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
In his message, Mr. Obama said that as a friend and partner of Azerbaijan the United States empathizes with the country over the tragedy.
