Transport Arab ministers agree on Yemen's idea over organizing Arab

CAIRO, May 07 (Saba)- Arab transport ministers agreed on Thursday on
a suggestion of Yemen initially on a bylaw to organize Arab land
ports, asking to study the suggestion by the trade and transport
committee at Arab league to raise a report to the council in its
coming meeting.

The council is holding its extraordinary meeting in Cairo to discuss
issues related to means of improving the sea, land and air transport
network, the Yemeni minister of transport Ibrahim al-Wazir.

Al-Wazir said that the council discussed a topic of linking Arab
countries with the railway, adding that the council determined a one
yet to study the topic which would be funded carried out by the Arab
Fund for Social and Economic Development .

He made it clear that the suggestion of Yemen gave a clear view
about performance of the border outlets between Arab countries and
would make the trade and transport movement easy.
