PM attends rally of marking democracy day in al-Dale
Al-DALE, May 11 (Saba)-Prime Minister Ali Mujawar attended on Monday
a rally of marking the democracy day -27 April.
In the rally, Mujawar delivered a speech in which he confirmed this
occasion is great, describing the age of unification leaded by
President Ali Abdullah Saleh as age of tolerance.
The unity came with development and democracy to cover the nation,
he said.
The prime minister pointed out to the misery of the al-Dale citizens
during the period of separation and conflicts at that time, saying
that these conflicts resulted in killing good citizens of the
governorate.
He said that the Yemeni people who defended on the unity in 1994, is
ready today to defend on its unity and stability.
The nation from Saada to al-Maharah is for all Yemenis, he said,
voices that want to return the national to pre 22nd May could damage
development and block roads, but they could not hart the unification
that protects by all Yemenis.
He reviewed the development achievements since the unification in
the governorate in spite of all challenges and obstacles.
Mujawar gave order to set up two collages in al-Dale University as
well as a culture center, asking to form a technical team in
cooperation with the local council to study failed projects to find
out solution to carry out those projects.
Then, the prime minister laid foundation stone for the al-Saleh
Housing Complex project for limited incomes people at capital of the
governorate at a total cost of YR 1.3 billion.
The minister of public works and roads said that the project
contains 15 housing building - 300 housing units implemented by the
Arabia Company Ltd .
He also laid done foundation stone for different development
projects in the governorate in fields of roads, health, sports and
technical education.
