PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES PAKISTANI MINISTER FOR DEFENSE PRODUCTION
Baku, May 19 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received Pakistani Federal Minister for Defense Production Abdul Qayyum Khan Jatoi.
Abdul Qayyum Khan Jatoi conveyed to President Ilham Aliyev greetings of Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani
Jatoi stressed Azerbaijan and Pakistan are friendly and brotherly countries. He said the present visit is a good opportunity for discussing future cooperation with Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense Industry.
The Head of State noted Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations are developing successfully in all spheres including the defense industry. President Ilham Aliyev recalled his visit to Pakistan where he got familiar with the exhibition of military products produced by the Defense Export Promotion Organization.
Azerbaijani Leader expressed his hope that Pakistani Minister`s visit to Azerbaijan would contribute to expansion of relations in the field of defense ministry.
