OIC condemns Houthi attempts to threaten global navigation in southern Red Sea

Jeddah, Nov. 14, 2021, SPA -- The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, expressed, in a statement today, his strong condemnation of the repeated attempts of the terrorist Houthi militia to threaten maritime traffic and global trade in the southern Red Sea. The Secretary-General condemned the Houthi militia planting of a naval mine in the southern Red Sea, which the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen recently discovered and destroyed. He stressed that the planting of naval mines carried out by the Houthi militia in the southern Red Sea threatens maritime traffic and global trade. --SPA
