HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the National Security Adviser of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Manama, Nov. 20 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister, today met with the National Security Adviser of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK), Sir Stephen Lovegrove, the Chief of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), Richard Moore, and an accompanying delegation, at the 2021 Manama Dialogue. His Royal Highness highlighted the longstanding strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, which has contributed to achieving joint interests. His Royal Highness also highlighted the Kingdom of Bahrain's commitment to furthering strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation and coordination across several areas. His Royal Highness noted the UK's role in maintaining regional security and stability. Regional and international issues of common interest, as well as topics addressed at the Manama Dialogue, were also discussed. The National Security Advisor, Royal Guard Commander, HH Major General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and the President of the National Security Agency, HE Lieutenant-General Adel bin Khalifa Al Fadhel, also attended the meeting.
