FORMER PRESIDENT OF ESTONIA VISITS CARPET-MAKING FACTORY IN BAKU
Baku, May 20 (AzerTAc). Former President of Estonia Arnold Ruutel has today visited here the carpet-making factory Azerilme Ltd.
Arnold Ruutel was informed that carpets produced by Azerilme Ltd were awarded various prizes in sale exhibitions in US, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Italy, Japan and Russia.
The 37 sqm carpet “Sheikh Safi” aroused his particular interest.
He also viewed a carpet weaving process.
Afterwards, Arnold Ruutel viewed the factory`s carpet collection, and had a tea party.
He expressed delight with Azerbaijani carpets.
