Colombo, May 20 (PTI) India's National Security
Adviser M K Narayanan and Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon
arrived here Wednesday for talks with Sri Lankan President
Mahinda Rajapaksa following end of the war against LTTE.
Narayanan and Menon, who arrived here this evening in

in a military helicopter, officials said.
The Indian officials are likely to discuss the
devolution of powers to Tamils and their immediate
rehabilitation in view of their sufferings undergone during
the current war.
Earlier before their departure, Narayanan met Tamil
Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi in New Delhi and discussed
with him issues that will come up during talks with Rajapaksa.
"I will be leaving for Sri Lanka today and I will be
holding talks there," Narayanan told reporters after the
meeting in the morning.
To a question on LTTE supremo Vellupillai
