Foreign Minister receives credentials copies of Ambassadors-Designate to Bahrain

Manama, Dec. 8 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, received, through a virtual meeting, copies of the credentials of a number of Ambassadors-Designate to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Minister of Foreign Affairs received a copy of the credentials of Coulibaly Drissa as the Ambassador-Designate of Côte d'Ivoire to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Residing in Riyadh. He received a copy of the credentials of Membourou Guy Ibrahim as the Ambassador-Designate of the Gabon Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Residing in Riyadh. He received a copy of the credentials of Barnaby Richard Gerard Riley as the Ambassador-Designate of New Zealand to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Residing in Riyadh. He received a copy of the credentials of Yannis Michaelides as the Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Cyprus to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Residing in Abu Dhabi. The Foreign Minister welcomed the ambassadors-designate, expressing his appreciation of the relations of friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and their countries. He lauded their interest to further develop bilateral relations, wishing them success in their diplomatic duties. For their part, the ambassadors stressed their countries' interest in promoting relations and cooperation with Bahrain, wishing the kingdom further progress and prosperity.
