NVTC, SDAIA discuss cooperation

Manama, Jan. 11 (BNA): Nasser Vocational Training Centre (NVTC) CEO Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Noaimi met with the Supervisor of the National Center for AI at the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) Majed Al-Tuwaijri. They discussed ways of future cooperation in AI between the two institutions and exchanged ideas. Both parties agreed on a computer vision in AI in line with the orientations of the institutions concerned with this specialization in the Gulf region. They highlighted including AI in the center’s curricula, in addition to promoting the joint research publications and exchanging expertise. Al Noaimi said that this visit affirms the importance of cooperation between the two countries in all fields, especially in AI. He stressed that such visits also aim to build strategic partnerships to deepen relations and enhance cooperation between institutions concerned with AI in the region.
