Shura Chairman receives call from Speaker of Moroccan House of Councillors

Manama, Jan. 24 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh received a telephone call from Speaker of Morocco’s House of Councillors, Naam Miyara, who praised strong and growing relations between the two brotherly countries and mutual keenness to further enhance bilateral cooperation mainly in the parliamentary field. The Speaker of the Moroccan House of Councillors extended an invitation to the Shura Council Chairman to attend the meeting of the Association of Senates, Shura and Equivalent Councils in Africa and the Arab World which is scheduled to be held in Morocco from March 3 to 5. Both sides discussed issues which will be spotlighted in the association’s meeting.
