HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad rewards national handball team

Manama, Jan. 25 (BNA): Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) First Deputy Chairman, General Sports Authority (GSA) Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa directed to disburse the bonuses to the National Handball Team, which qualified to the semi-final of the Asian Handball Championship and sealed a spot in the 2023 IHF World Cup for the sixth time in its history. HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa also gave directives to disburse bonuses to the national team’s technical and administrative staff in recognition of their dedicated efforts. BOC Secretary-General Fares Mustafa Al-Kooheji expressed thanks and gratitude to HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa for his support to the national teams. He announced that the committee had implemented the directives of HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa to disburse the pay-outs in coordination with Bahrain Handball Association.
