Speaker congratulates UAE counterpart on FNC's 50th anniversary

Manama, Feb. 11 (BNA): Representatives Council Speaker, Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, has congratulated her UAE counterpart, Saqr Gobash, on the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the UAE Federal National Council (FNC). Speaker Zainal lauded the parliamentary achievements and progress made by the FNC in the UAE, and praised its efforts and initiatives to support Arab and international parliamentary action, contributing to strengthening the impact of parliamentary work and its pivotal role, hailing the effective role of the UAE parliamentary diplomacy. She affirmed the depth of the Bahrain-UAE relations, praising their steady progress across various fields thanks to the directives of the leaders of the two brotherly countries. She asserted that the Bahraini-UAE parliamentary relations have set the best examples in cooperation, coordination and complementarity, wishing the UAE continued progress and prosperity.
