Al-Arhabi praises level of Yemeni-German ties

SANA'A, May 24 (Saba)- Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs
and Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Abdul-Kareem
al-Arhabi highlighted level of the bilateral relations between Yemen
and German.

In a ceremony organized on marking 40th years on establishment of
the Yemeni-German ties, al-Arhabi confirmed that Germany is a key
development partner for Yemen thought its continuing support for
the development process in the nation.

He pointed out to the joint fields of enhancing cooperation between
the two countries, voicing appreciation of the Yemeni leadership and
people for contribution of Germany to the development in Yemen.

Al-Arhabi confirmed concern of Yemen to strengthen ties,
cooperation and partnership with Germany.

For his part, the German ambassador to Yemen Michael Klor-Berchtold
expressed appreciation of his country for the cooperation and
friendship relations with Yemen, affirming concern of Germany to
continue aspects of support for Yemen.

On the sideline of the ceremony, an exhibition for folk cultural of
Germany was opened.
