Al-Arhabi: There are opportunities to Yemeni labors in Gulf markets

SANA'A, May 24 (Saba)- There are promising opportunities to Yemeni
qualified and non qualified labors in Gulf markets, Minister of
Planning and International Cooperation Abdul-Karim al-Arhabi has
said.

He highlighted the decision of Gulf Consultative Summit held
recently in Riyadh to include Yemeni qualified labors in gulf
markets. He noted that 80 percent of exiting labor in these markets
are not qualified, a matter enhance chances of including Yemeni
labors.

Opening a workshop held on Sunday with European Commission (EC) over
building the state, al-Arhabi renewed Yemen's assertion on going
ahead in implementing reforms and improving government's performance
as well as creating active partnership between the government and
the private sector and social civil society organizations.

He affirmed importance of revising Yemen's development view 2025 and
defining countenances to new roadmap in cooperation between the
government and all political and social forces.

A number of specialists in EC, deputy ministers and government
institutions made comments focused on importance of coordinating
views and efforts to support the government to build the country and
fight corruption.
