Information Minister hails Saudi pivotal role

Manama, Feb. 21 (BNA): Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al Romaihi paid tribute to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the Founding Day, which falls on February 22.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia set a model of wisdom and Sharia-based government and moderation since its inception three centuries ago”, he said, lauding Saudi support to the Arab and Islamic nations.
In a statement to Okaz newspaper, he said that the Kingdom of Bahrain, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, shares the celebration of the Founding Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He lauded strong fraternal bonds and solid alliance between the leaders and peoples of the two brotherly countries, on the basis of mutual respect, kinship bonds, and the unity of history, religion and destiny as well as united stances regarding regional and international developments.
The minister hailed Saudi development strides and honorable stances under the wise leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, supported by Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Al Romaihi saluted the establishment of the Saudi State by Imam Mohammed bin Saud. He noted the establishment of amodern and strong kingdom in Arabian Peninsula, led by King Abdulaziz Al Saud and his children who succeeded him.
He affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would continue its march of progress and prosperity as well as its leading pivotal role in the GCC, Arab and Islamic arenas, thanks to its wise leadership and united people.
