Foreign Ministry Undersecretary receives US Congress delegation

Manama, Feb. 23 (BNA): Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received today a US Congress delegation, currently pon visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Dr. Shaikh Abdullah welcomed the delegation of the US Congress, praising the strong historical relations and the distinguished strategic partnership that unites the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America in various fields. He also reviewed the vision and efforts of the Kingdom in promoting peace, stability and coexistence in the Middle East, and achieving sustainable development, as well as responding to questions raised by the delegation members.
