Finance Minister receives Indian ambassador

Manama, Mar. 16 (BNA): Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, praised strong and growing relations of friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and India. He pointed out the fast-paced development of bilateral cooperation and common keenness to further boost it to serve the two friendly countries and peoples. The minister was speaking as he received today Indian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Piyush Srivastava. He praised the advanced level of economic partnership between both countries, stressing the need to further promote it to achieve common goals and aspirations. Discussions also focused on issues of common concern as well as the latest developments regarding the global economy.
